My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms need a bit of maintenance, but our room was spacious and nice, making it very convenient for those around Nairobi CBD. The service, with patrolling the place, was very helpful and kind, especially with friendly staff like Madam Ann. The location, despite being central in Nairobi and great for accessing everything in the city centre, had quite a bit of noise. The dining was included in the price, but limited to Belgian waffles. The facilities were decent, but there were some drawbacks that affected the overall stay.
